As a Demand Planner in the fashion industry, based in London, you'll be responsible for managing stock levels and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand. Your work will play a key role in supporting retail operations and driving business efficiency.

Description

• Analyse historical sales data and market trends to forecast product demand accurately.
• Collaborate with retail and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and minimise shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimise stock performance.
• Develop and maintain demand planning processes and systems for improved efficiency.
• Communicate forecasts and inventory plans to key stakeholders.
• Identify and address potential supply chain challenges proactively.
• Support decision-making through detailed reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning function.

Profile

A successful Demand Planner should have:

• Experience in demand planning, forecasting or inventory management
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using demand planning tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
