Description
- Act as the main point of contact between tenants and the project team.
- Provide clear updates to tenants about property works and schedules.
- Handle tenant queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate access to properties for scheduled works and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and project progress.
- Work closely with contractors and the project team to address any issues.
- Conduct property visits to ensure tenant satisfaction and compliance.
- Assist with resolving any disputes or challenges that may arise.
Profile
A successful Resident Liaison Officer should have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the property industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Job Offer
- Salary between £28,800 and £35,200, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract with a property-focused organisation in Rotherham.
