Description
- Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Support the team in managing supplier relationships and maintaining strong communication channels.
- Assist in the preparation and review of procurement documentation and contracts.
- Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain team as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement function.
Profile
A successful C&P Co-Ordinator should have:
- Experience in procurement or supply chain operations within the industrial sector.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for procurement and supply chain management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
