An opportunity has arisen for an Expertise Lawyer to join a well-established finance knowledge team supporting a broad range of lending and finance practices.
Working closely with senior lawyers and practice leadership, you will help drive knowledge strategy, legal innovation, training, know-how development and the adoption of new technologies, whilst acting as a trusted technical adviser to the wider finance group. Client Details Our client is a leading international law firm with a highly regarded finance practice advising lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, investment funds and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
The firm has made significant investment in knowledge management, legal technology and AI, with its expertise function playing a central role in supporting lawyers, driving innovation and delivering best practice across the business. Description Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver legal training programmes for finance lawyers Monitor legal and market developments and produce practical updates Draft, maintain and enhance precedents, guidance notes and know-how resources Provide technical support and advice across multiple finance workstreams Drive knowledge management and legal technology initiatives Support firm-wide innovation, risk management and best practice projects Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, efficiency and resource sharing Gather user feedback and continuously improve knowledge resources
