• Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates through various channels.
• Providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviews and feedback.
• Preparing and presenting proposals to clients.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of recruitment activities.

A successful Traineeship Recruitment & Sales professional should have:
