Job Description

• Partner with customers to understand application requirements and technical challenges
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable industrial solutions
• Support design-in activities and identify opportunities for customised applications
• Investigate and resolve product, application, and quality-related issues
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions
• Monitor market developments and provide customer insights to support business growtha

The Successful Applicant

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 3+ years of experience in application engineering, technical consulting, technical support, or industrial automation environments
• Knowledge of industrial connectivity, automation systems, control solutions, or related technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
• Experience providing technical solutions and customer-facing support
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders
• Experience conducting technical presentations, workshops, or product demonstrations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital engineering tools
