Jobomschrijving

• Coach and develop a team of 10 technical specialists
• Organise and oversee the daily planning of the technical office
• Provide technical advice to clients, project managers and internal teams
• Prepare and validate cost calculations and technical quotations
• Analyse technical drawings, specifications and client requirements
• Manage client communication regarding ongoing orders and changes
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Master's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a technical field
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a technical office environment
• Native Dutch speaker with good command of English and French
• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Initial experience in team management or coaching is required
