As a Recruiter/Consultant your responsibilities are:

• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Creating and managing job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Providing advice and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the database.
• Ensuring compliance with all recruitment policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets.

A successful Recruiter/Consultant should have:

• A strong understanding of the business services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a keen eye for identifying talent.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, English is a plus.
