Planning Excellence Expert - Regio Waregem

Our client is an international industrial group with multiple production sites and business units. From a central supply chain organization, the company is continuously working on operational excellence, digitalization, and the further professionalization of planning processes across various entities.

Job Description

As a Logistics Planning Expert, you will be responsible for the following package of tasks:

• Developing and implementing a group-wide vision on Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, and end-to-end supply chain planning
• Designing and harmonizing planning processes, governance models, service agreements, and SLAs
• Setting up performance measurement via planning KPIs and service level management
• Leading planning transformation projects and supporting change management initiatives within the organization
• Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders regarding the implementation and optimization of planning tools and SAP solutions
• Conducting maturity assessments and identifying improvement opportunities within different entities

You will work closely with approximately 5 colleagues in the Supply Chain Team.

• You hold a Master or Bachelor's degree
• You can demonstrate relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Integrated Business Planning
• You have initial experience with designing and implementing end-to-end planning processes
• You have a background in S&OP, supply chain transformation, or consultancy
• Demonstrable experience with change management and guiding organizations through change processes is a major plus
• You possess sufficient expertise to challenge stakeholders, persuade them, and create alignment between group and local interests
• You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• You communicate fluently in English
