Order Fulfillment Specialist

Your tasks

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from order creation through delivery execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and planning teams to ensure order accuracy and product readiness.
• Monitor order pipelines and proactively address fulfilment risks, delays, and exceptions.
• Work closely with logistics providers and freight partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, trade compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Investigate operational issues and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, customer operations, or manufacturing support functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics coordination, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Experience managing customer orders within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to analyse issues, manage priorities, and drive resolutions independently.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems; exposure to Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables and advanced reporting functions.
• Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
