An organisation within the financial services industry, located in Singapore.
Job Description
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Optimise algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
- Document processes and methodologies for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Machine Learning Engineer should have:
- A strong background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in machine learning libraries and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience or good knowledge in Agentic AI , RAG etc
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
