Job Description

• You are responsible for preparing the detailed weekly inbound planning, in consultation with our purchasing department.
• You are the point of contact for various stakeholders (supplier, forwarder, customs agent, …).
• Alternating with 2 fellow planners, you prepare the daily outbound planning (BE/NL/DE/FR) for home deliveries to our end customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. In doing so, you take cost efficiency into account without losing sight of customer orientation.
• You have contact with our showrooms and drivers (by telephone). You guide them in all possible logistical questions regarding the delivery of orders.
• You resolve incoming questions with a solution-oriented mindset. You think along, switch quickly, and always keep the customer in view.
• You have an eye for processes, dare to examine them critically, and actively think along about improvements. Stock accuracy is a matter of course for you.
• In addition, you support the team with administrative tasks that contribute to the flawless operation of our logistics department.
• You build bridges between logistics and our sales departments and ensure smooth cooperation.
• You are not only a logistics talent, but also someone who is eager to dive in!
• You possess at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have experienced transport planning up close - experience that you can fully utilize here.
• You are communicatively strong and can also hold your own in English and French. (German knowledge is an asset). This is because you are in close contact with all our drivers and showrooms in BE/NL/DE/FR.
• You work hands-on, structured, and you love to solve problems with a smile.

• You can work with tools such as WMS and Excel, and you are eager to learn when it comes to new systems.
