International Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

• You manage the complete order-to-cash process, from order processing to invoicing and aftersales.
• You meticulously follow up on orders and ensure smooth delivery to customers and distributors.
• You actively support the Account Managers in the commercial follow-up of their customers.
• You act as the central point of contact for customers and distributors within the African market.
• You advise customers regarding products, prices, and possible alternatives.
• You prepare price lists and support price agreements in consultation with sales.
• You coordinate daily with various internal departments such as production, logistics, marketing, and sales.
• You optimize container and transport loads.
• You handle the complete export and shipping documentation.
• You follow up on international shipments and ensure correct administrative handling.
• You manage Letters of Credit and other export-related documents.
• You detect commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• You keep customer data accurately up-to-date in the CRM system.
• You have experience within Customer Service, Internal Sales, or Sales Support.
• Motivated juniors with an interest in export and international trade are also eligible.
• You speak fluent English and French.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a nice plus.
• You enjoy frequent contact with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
