International Export & Business Development Executive - Spanish

Our client is an international organization specialized in the distribution of high-quality products within cosmetics, medical devices, and health solutions. With multiple locations spread across Europe and a strong international presence, they continue to invest in growth, innovation, and the development of new markets. To strengthen the commercial team, they are looking for a driven International Export & Business Development Executive who wants to develop within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Job Description

• Actively prospecting via telephone, email, and other commercial channels.
• Identifying and developing new export markets.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international customers and distributors.
• Preparing commercial proposals and price offers.
• Conducting negotiations regarding rates, contracts, and terms of cooperation.
• Closing commercial deals with customers and partners.
• Coordinating the entire export and distribution process.
• Monitoring inventory levels, orders, and pre-orders.
• Organizing transports and collections from European suppliers.
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain.
• Reporting to the head of the commercial team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience within export, distribution, cosmetics, medical devices, or a similar sector.
• Strong commercial mindset and motivated by achieving results.
• You are not intimidated by prospecting and active customer contact.
• Affinity with international B2B sales.
• Good knowledge of export processes and international trade.
• Professional knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
• Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
• Eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop yourself.
• You like to take ownership of files and follow them up meticulously from start to finish.
