Job Description

• Daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics, production planning, and supply chain coordination teams regarding order-related matters.
• Receiving, processing, and confirming orders.
• Planning deliveries to customers and monitoring stocks, proactively offering available stock materials to customers.
• Monitoring sales plans, quotas, and customer order books and taking action if necessary.
• Management of pipeline orders.
• Reporting on the demand for customer-related information.
• Providing first-line support for sustainability-related topics.
• Participating in development work related to your own area of responsibility.
• Supporting knowledge sharing between the different customer service teams.
• You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in a sales and/or customer service environment.
• You speak fluent English and German; other languages such as Spanish, Italian, and French are a great advantage.
• You have a proactive and commercial attitude and the ability to solve problems and propose alternative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills characterize you. You are an enthusiastic team player.
• You have the ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure.
• Working with various ERP systems and MS Office is no problem.
