The company is located in the North of the province of West Flanders.

The Customer Service & Customs Coordinator will:

  • Become a key member of a team of five customer service professionals, managing the complete order-to-cash process for an international B2B customer portfolio.
  • Oversee and manage customs documentation and trade compliance activities for international import and export transactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent service experience from order placement through delivery and invoicing.
  • Proactively manage customer enquiries, orders, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate closely with planning, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth and compliant cross-border shipments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects, helping modernise processes and enhance customer service efficiency.

The Customer Service & Customs Coordinator we are looking for has:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination and/or customs within an international B2B environment.
  • A genuine customer-centric mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a strong asset).
  • Knowledge of customs processes and international trade compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French and/or German are considered an advantage.
  • The flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment and support process improvements.
