Job Description Lead and manage change initiatives within the technology department to ensure smooth transitions and successful delivery. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and risks associated with change initiatives. Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives. Monitor and report on the progress of change management projects, ensuring key milestones are met. Provide training and support to teams affected by change processes to build capability and resilience. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all change management activities. Act as a key point of contact for change-related queries within the technology department. The Successful Applicant A successful Change Manager (French Speaking) should have: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in managing change within the technology sector. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a busy financial services environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
