• Identify and originate new investment opportunities in the real estate market
• Build and manage a portfolio of investors and key stakeholders
• Develop financial models and investment cases for complex transactions
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and due diligence
• Advise clients on transaction structuring and investment strategies
• Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memoranda
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute deals end-to-end
• Contribute to the growth and positioning of the business unit
• Relevant experience in finance, banking, real estate or investment advisory (3 to 8 years)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Commercial mindset with a track record of business development or deal-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven personality
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Bilingual Dutch and French, English is an asset
