Senior Project Affairs Lawyer - Industry M/F

POSITION: Senior Project Affairs Lawyer - Industry M/F DESCRIPTION: You will report to the Legal Director and be part of a team of 4 Lawyers. You will work on projects within the France and Africa scope.

You will intervene during the tender phases, project execution, and pre-litigation phases.

In the tender phase:

• Participate in defining the contractual structure with partners and subcontractors;
• Examine, negotiate, and analyze all tender documents and contracts provided by the client, partners, and subcontractors;
• Analyze risks and opportunities and calculate contractual provisions;
• Provide legal support to the Purchasing Department.

In the project phase:

• Manage the proper execution of the contract and raise awareness among operational staff;
• Manage unforeseen events, operational impacts, and manage amendments;
• Anticipate and manage risks and propose improvements to project profitability;
• Ensure contract management within the Project team.

In the pre-litigation phase:

• Identify potential litigation issues, compile, and manage files;
• Maintain the penalty file and track deliveries;
• Participate actively in site meetings.

70000€ - 80000€ gross annual/TJM depending on profile. PROFILE: You are a senior Lawyer in business law, international contracts/Transition Manager or Contract Manager.

You have at least 7 years of experience in a Legal Department or Law Firm. You are familiar with managing public or private tenders.

You speak English fluently, both orally and in writing. You hold at least a Master 2 in Business Law.

You are proactive and pedagogical. You enjoy working in project mode and wish to evolve within an international environment. You are the business partner of the operational staff.
