Fixed-Term Contract to March 2027 | Birmingham | Up to £55,000 Michael Page is delighted to be partnering with a well-established Not For Profit organisation to recruit an HR Operations Specialist on a fixed-term basis until March 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Operations, People Services or Shared Services professional to play a key role in a significant people transformation programme. Working within a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team, you will lead the review and redesign of HR processes, systems and ways of working, helping to create a more efficient, streamlined and customer-focused service.
Description
Reporting into a supportive senior leader who offers autonomy and trust, you will: Lead the review, redesign and centralisation of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed new ways of working. Support organisational change and transformation activity across a complex, multi-site organisation. Improve the utilisation of HR technology, systems and AI to enhance both operational effectiveness and employee experience. Develop consistent processes, policies and standards across the organisation. Use data and insight to identify trends, improve performance and support decision-making.
Profile
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated HR professional who can quickly build credibility and deliver results. You will ideally have: Experience within HR Operations, People Services, Shared Services or a similar HR transformation-focused role. A track record of leading process improvement, transformation or service redesign projects. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience improving HR systems, technology and digital processes. The ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Experience within Public Sector or Not For Profit environments would be advantageous.
