Description

• Manage the end-to-end payroll service delivery process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee compliance with relevant payroll legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queries.
• Lead and develop the payroll team to maintain high performance levels.
• Monitor and improve payroll systems and processes for efficiency.
• Prepare and provide regular payroll reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards.
• Support audits and implement recommendations as required.

Profile

A successful Payroll Service Delivery Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
• Experience managing payroll in a professional setting.
• Sound knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to use own initiative to get to root of problems if they arise.
• SAP iHCM or SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
