About the company
Client Details Our exclusive client is an independent accountancy practice in the Guildford area. They are a 1 Partner firm and circa 15 staff. Based from a pleasant, rural office setting, they are poised for their next phase of growth.
Your tasks
As a Salaried Partner, you'll oversee complex client accounts, provide strategic guidance to the firm, win new business and help with the smooth running of the practice.
Description
- Support the Managing Director with the smooth running of the firm.
- Attend business development events and actively taking part in attracting new clients to the firm.
- Managing the accounts and tax affairs of key/complex clients.
- Manage the accounts department.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Tax Partner.
- Strategically guide the firm during its next phase of growth.
- Ad-hoc project work.
Requirements
A successful Partner should have
- Proven expertise and 10-15 years' experience working for an accountancy practice.
- Experience managing a team and advising clients.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
What we offer
Job Offer
- Salary between £90,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
