Client Details

Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the admin team is looking for additional support.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Organise and maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as required.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventories.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle enquiries, both internal and external, in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Profile

A successful part-time administrator should have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in their work.
  • A proactive and reliable approach to completing tasks.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.

Job Offer

  • Permanent part-time role.
  • Salary between £28,000 and £29,000 per annum, pro rata.
