Our client is keen to bolster its leadership team with the appointment of a Partner Designate. The role will lead a small team, manage complex client accounts and actively win new business for the firm. Client Details Our client is a well established accountancy practice based close to Brighton. They are a market leader in their specialism and service a highly enviable client base. Description Provide strategic financial advice and direction to clients. Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Identify business growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their goals. Monitor and improve internal financial processes and controls. Collaborate with other partners to shape the firm's strategic direction. Actively contribute to winning new business for the firm. Profile A successful General Practice Partner should have:

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong experience in accounting and finance within the accountancy industry. Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively. Excellent client relationship management skills. Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. The ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Offer Competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
