Your tasks

Description
- Deliver accurate financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to create budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Assist in evaluating business opportunities and assessing risks.
Requirements
A successful Finance Business Partner should have
- Accounting qualification- ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proven experience in accounting and finance within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
