European Credit Controller
As a European Credit Controller, you'll play a vital role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from customers across Europe. Based in Reading, you'll help the business maintain smooth financial operations within the electronic musical instruments and music technology sector.

Description
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable for European customers.
- Chase overdue payments and resolve any related queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payment schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address credit issues and minimise risks.
- Prepare regular credit control reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and European regulations.
- Assist with credit assessments for new customers as needed.
- Support the month-end process by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Profile
A successful European Credit Controller should have:
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Excel.
- Knowledge of European payment practices and regulations is an advantage.
