As a Credit Control Administrator, you'll support the accounting and finance team by managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. This temporary role in an industrial estate setting is key to maintaining smooth financial operations within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Description
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Handle queries related to invoices and payments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and issue reminders for overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in generating reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
- Provide administrative support to the credit control team as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Profile
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Job Offer
- Hourly rate of £13.00 to £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
