Description

  • Provide tailored corporate tax advice to clients and support their compliance needs.
  • Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and structuring opportunities.
  • Research and interpret tax legislation to offer accurate advice.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a seamless client service.
  • Support senior team members with complex tax projects and client presentations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations impacting the professional services industry.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.

Profile

A successful Corporate Tax Associate should have:

  • Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy, such as CTA, ACA, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance.
  • Experience advising clients within the professional services sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • A collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
