As a Capital Accountant in London, you will manage capital accounting activity within the Healthcare sector,
Description
- Manage and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Prepare capital account reconciliations to support clear financial reporting.
- Review capital transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Produce reports on capital spend, commitments and balances for the Accounting & Finance department.
- Work with colleagues to gather supporting information for capital accounting activity.
- Keep financial data organised and up to date to support reliable reporting.
- Help maintain consistent processes for recording and monitoring capital activity.
Requirements
A successful 'Capital Accountant' will have
- Experience of capital accounting, fixed asset register and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ability to prepare reconciliations and investigate differences.
- Experience of producing clear financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes within an Accounting & Finance function.
- Confidence working with financial data and checking information carefully.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet reporting deadlines.
What we offer
Job Offer
- Temporary Capital Accountant contract in London.
- Daily pay of £180 to £220, dependent on the level of experience.
