Accounts Payable - 2 Month Contract
A leading renewable energy business that is going through an exciting period of growth and transition. Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team on a 2-month contract, providing backfill support while the existing AP team focuses on bringing a new portfolio of work into the finance function.

This role is within the property industry and based in London.
Description
- Processing and matching supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing POs and goods received / invoice matching
- Processing invoices through Sage X3
- Supporting supplier payment runs
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Managing supplier and internal queries
- Supporting the AP inbox and supplier set-up
- Helping clear outstanding invoices and transactions
- Assisting with reconciliations and month-end activities
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- Strong Accounts Payable / Purchase-to-Pay experience
- Proven experience working in a high-volume transactional environment
- Good understanding of PO, goods received and invoice matching
- Experience with payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Previous Sage X3 experience - highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
- Good Excel skills
