Jr I Registration Analyst Affirmative PCD

A large company in the technology segment is looking for a Junior Registration Analyst to work in activities related to registration management, internal controls, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities and assignments

Responsibilities Execute and monitor the registration of customers, suppliers, and products; Control the flow of activities through Pipefy, ensuring the correct update and maintenance of processes; Ensure the compliance of operations with internal policies, controls, and audits; Support area management in the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements; Contribute to the quality and integrity of registration and financial information.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related areas; Previous experience in Treasury, Registration, or related areas; Knowledge of basic financial mathematics; Experience with ERP systems, preferably Protheus; Intermediate Excel; Basic English. Interest in developing a career in the Financial area, with a focus on Treasury and financial processes.
