As a Senior Project Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting administrative and organisational tasks to ensure projects run smoothly. This role involves coordinating efforts across teams and maintaining effective communication to keep everything on track. Client Details The organisation operates within the Renewable Energy sector and is based in London. Description As Senior Project Co-ordinator, you will; Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery. Act as the main point of contact for project-related queries and communication. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide administrative support to project managers and team members. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures in all project activities. Profile A successful Senior Project Co-ordinator should have: Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle project demands. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders. Experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role. Proficiency with project management tools and software. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Job Offer A salary between £38,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience. Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility. 25 days of holiday plus additional leave allowances.
