Membership & Communities Administrator (Part-Time)
We are recruiting for a part-time Membership & Communities Administrator to support a professional membership organisation with a range of administrative, engagement, and coordination activities. This role is ideal for an organised administrator who enjoys stakeholder communication, event support, and working with committees, members, and volunteers.

Description
Provide administrative support to membership and community programmes. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute documentation, and take minutes where required. Support advisory groups, committees, and volunteer networks. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is kept up to date. Act as a key point of contact for member and stakeholder enquiries. Assist with member communications, newsletters, and engagement activities. Support the administration of ambassador, volunteer, and member initiatives. Coordinate online meetings and assist with event administration. Produce reports, track actions, and monitor progress against agreed objectives. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support organisational priorities and projects. Assist with the delivery of community engagement and membership growth activities. Ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
Profile
Previous experience within an administrative, membership, customer service, or coordination role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating with stakeholders via email, telephone, and virtual platforms. Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and managing records. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database systems. Able to prioritise workload effectively and work independently in a remote environment. Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Experience working within a membership body, charity, professional association, or not-for-profit environment would be advantageous. Must be seeking part-time opportunity and be comfortable working reduced hours.
Job Offer
Competitive hourly rate of £15.50 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience. Immediate start available. One-stage interview process. Fully remote working.
