Your tasks

Description As a Customer Service Assistant you will be supporting and assisting with a variety of remortgage and financial enquiries ensuring each conversation is logged and actioned accordingly to a high standard.

The role will be mainly telephone and email based you will be working in a fast paced environment ensuring each client is provided the highest standard of service and a smooth process.

You will also be corresponding with banks and other third parties and supporting with administrative tasks for the department.
