Administration Assistant

The successful candidate will ensure administrative processes run efficiently, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality support across the organisation. Description Key Responsibilities Support vendor onboarding, risk assessments, contract management and supplier governance processes. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate administrative services. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Assist with governance and approval processes, tracking documentation through to completion. Manage invoice processing, reconciliations and budget-related administration. Oversee shared administration mailboxes and respond to enquiries promptly. Create and distribute internal communications and staff updates. Maintain and update the company intranet, ensuring content remains accurate and engaging. Support the planning and delivery of corporate and staff events. Act as the main point of contact for the switchboard and general office enquiries. Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and wider teams as required. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are kept up to date. Assist with policy updates, process improvements and staff training when required. Undertake additional administrative and project-based tasks to support business operations. Profile A Successful Person Should Have Previous experience in administration, business support, or office coordination. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience coordinating suppliers, invoices, or administrative processes. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Experience supporting events, communications, or internal projects would be advantageous.
