About the company

Client Details The organisation operates in Capital Markets trading and is based in Dublin.

Your tasks

As a Product Control and IPV, VP in Dublin, you will oversee product control and independent price verification work within the Trading Capital Markets bank, helping maintain clear and reliable financial information. You will work closely with the Accounting & Finance and Front Office functions to review valuations and support sound reporting.

• Oversee product control activities to maintain accurate financial information for the business (Legal Entity PnL Dashboard).
• Complete independent price verification reviews and investigate valuation differences (xVA and PruVal).
• Review product valuations and ensure key movements are understood and documented.
• Work with Accounting & Finance as well as Front Office colleagues to support clear financial reporting.
• Analyse valuation data to identify issues and help resolve them promptly.
• Prepare clear updates on product control and IPV activity for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of valuation reviews, findings and agreed actions (notably Balance Sheet analysis support, Fair Value Adjustments).

Capital Markets, Investment Banking - Financial Services Hybrid office working in Dublin 3x days per week, the rest at home

What we offer

• Ability to review and interpret product valuations (notably coming from another Global Markets or Trading environment).
• Strong analytical skills for investigating valuation movements and differences.
• Experience working with financial data and reporting processes.
• Ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
• Confidence working with Accounting & Finance teams.
• Be a Qualified Accountant or MBA.

Job Offer

• Permanent employment contract -- hybrid office working in Dublin 3x days per week, the rest at home.
• Salary of €80,000 to €110,000, dependent on the level of experience.
