Customer Relations Logistics Technician M/F

Reporting to the Planning and Customer Relations Manager, the Customer Relations Logistics Technician ensures the daily monitoring of a client portfolio and coordinates flows to guarantee continuity of deliveries, quality of service, and compliance with commitments. This position based in Le Theil (61) involves regular interactions with customers as well as with internal logistics, technical, and procurement departments.

Main missions:

• Ensure the monitoring of customer needs and orders
• Control shipments and analyze any potential delays
• Inform customers and coordinate corrective actions
• Monitor logistics performance indicators (KPI)
• Anticipate risks of stockouts or shortages and alert the relevant teams
• Handle EDI anomalies and ensure their resolution
• Participate in the monitoring of customer incidents and associated action plans
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes
• Update procedures related to the activity
• Participate in the versatility and support of the logistics team
