Retail & Event Manager M/F

Our client is an international automobile manufacturer in strong growth, pursuing its development in the French market. In order to support the launch of its activities and strengthen its visibility, it is recruiting a Retail & Event Manager to lead retail marketing operations and events intended to support the development of its distribution network. Within the Marketing team, you are responsible for the design, coordination, and deployment of retail and event actions aimed at strengthening brand awareness and supporting commercial performance.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Define and implement the retail animation strategy and marketing activation plans.
• Organize and manage product launches, customer events, press operations, and commercial animations.
• Coordinate various internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, communication) and external partners (agencies, service providers, distributors).
• Support the distribution network in the deployment of marketing operations and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Train and advise partners on animation devices and events.
• Monitor the performance indicators of the actions carried out, analyze the results, and propose continuous improvement recommendations.
• Higher education in marketing, communication, or events.
• Experience in retail marketing or events, ideally in the automobile sector or an environment with a distribution network.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
• Sense of creativity, autonomy, and results orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.

€70000 - €80000 per year

Contract: CDI Salary: 70000 to 80000 € per year
