- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Talent Management or generalist HR
- Experience in a group/matrix environment is appreciated
- Excellent mastery of recruitment and Talent Management practices
- Strong ability to influence, consulting mindset, and good analytical skills
- Professional English required
