Industrial Planning Manager M/F

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, as the Industrial Planning Manager M/F, you will lead the industrial planning of the production sites.

As the true conductor of the production flow, you guarantee alignment between customer demand, industrial capacities, supply constraints, and operational priorities.

You will lead a team of 3 planners/schedulers and 1 order administration employee.

As the primary point of contact for the Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams, you contribute directly to operational performance and the fulfillment of customer commitments.

your responsibilities will consist of:

• Supervising the planning and scheduling of industrial activities;
• Ensuring the management of production flows and necessary resources;
• Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to guarantee deadline compliance;
• Analyzing performance and proposing improvements to optimize processes;
• Managing and adjusting schedules based on priorities;
• Guaranteeing the availability of materials and products necessary for production;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to anticipate needs and constraints;
• Implementing performance indicators to monitor results. The compensation and benefits for this position are:
• A salary between €54,000 and €60,000 gross annual;

• For this position of Industrial Planning Manager M/F
• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production Management.
• Minimum experience in Master Planning or industrial planning.
• You master IT tools and software specific to planning. Solid expertise in:
• PDP / MPS, load-capacity management, ERP / MRP, constraint management,
• backlog management.
• You master Excel, SAP

Experience in regulated environments (medical, aeronautics, defense...) or in Lean Manufacturing contexts will be appreciated. An APICS certification could be a plus. Fluent English.

Contract: CDI Salary: 54000 to 60000 € per year
