Supply Chain Manager (M/F)

Reporting to a strategic operational management department, you will ensure the global management of the supply function within a demanding industrial environment.

In this capacity, you will:

• Define and deploy supply strategies in line with performance and service objectives.
• Manage key indicators related to resource availability, stock coverage, and service quality.
• Anticipate supply risks and coordinate the necessary actions to secure the organization's needs.
• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners with a focus on continuous performance improvement.
• Supervise and support a specialized team, ensuring skill development and collective performance growth.
• Collaborate closely with various internal departments to improve forecast quality and flow fluidity.
• Lead transformation projects aimed at strengthening the standardization, automation, and digitalization of processes.
• Identify and manage optimization actions to sustainably improve the economic and operational performance of the activity.

With a higher education background in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Logistics, you have proven experience in supply management within an industrial environment. Your mastery of supply flows, inventory management, and analytical tools allows you to operate in demanding contexts.
