Indirect Procurement Manager M/F

As an Indirect Procurement Manager M/F, your missions will be:

• Define and deploy the indirect procurement strategy in line with the organization's objectives.
• Structure procurement categories and associated action plans.
• Drive economic performance, service quality, and supplier risk management.
• Participate in the structuring and development of procurement teams.
• Support employees in skill development and the sharing of best practices.
• Develop sustainable partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Supervise supplier evaluation and performance.
• Implement competitiveness plans and optimize performance indicators.
• Represent the procurement function to various internal bodies.
• Contribute to digitalization, data quality, and the harmonization of procurement processes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and change management N/C

You possess strong skills in procurement strategy, negotiation, performance management, and team management. You have unifying leadership, an ability to structure organizations, an excellent sense of collaboration, and ease in international environments.

You are comfortable in English, both spoken and written.

Contract: 4-month Interim Salary: €70,000 to €80,000 per year
