Import/Export Transport Coordinator M/F

The Freight Forwarding Agent position reports to the operational teams. He or she intervenes throughout the entire transport management cycle, from the customer request to the filing of records, in connection with internal teams and external partners. Main missions: Receive and analyze transport and quotation requests Advise customers on transport solutions, lead times, insurance, and incoterms Select service providers according to needs and purchasing policy Negotiate purchasing conditions and define sales rates Open, track, and update transport files on IT tools Control the compliance and completeness of information Ensure the follow-up of files until their closure
