Europe Freight Forwarding Activities:

Ensure the management and development of a client portfolio, Organize and monitor transport operations on a European scale, Manage and animate a network of partners and subcontractors, Monitor performance indicators and the profitability of the assigned scope, Identify and deploy optimization and continuous improvement solutions -

Operations Activities:

Manage dedicated resources. Coordinate social aspects with the employer. Plan loading and delivery flows in different European countries. Internal integration and training program, Dynamic and collaborative working environment, Profit-sharing based on results, Variable component around €5,000, Uncapped team bonuses (average €300 to €800, can reach €1,000), Meal vouchers, Health insurance and provident fund, Easy access to transport.

• Minimum Bac +3 degree in transport / logistics,

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a freight forwarder or operations specialist position, Fluent English, both written and spoken, Solid geographical knowledge of the European territory, Mastery of margin and subcontracting purchase concepts, Interpersonal skills, autonomy, and negotiation aptitude, Ability to work in a reactive and performance-oriented environment. Contract: CDI Salary: €34,000 to €35,000 per year
