Indirect Buyer EMEA (M/F)

Within the Purchasing Department, you are responsible for indirect categories, notably transport and logistics, across a European scope. You are also responsible for process compliance in each factory in coordination with various internal clients (manufacturing, supply, IPD, etc.) as well as EMEA purchasing. You are also flexible to occasionally intervene in production purchasing. You:

• Collect needs by identifying users and supporting them in the formalization of specifications (CDC),
• Challenge/improve specifications and develop standardization,
• Ensure sourcing by analyzing the target market and building a supplier panel for France & EMEA,
• Consider national and international suppliers,
• Prepare and manage tenders (AO),
• Verify possible synergies and groupings at the Group level,
• Define the cost breakdown model,
• Lead supplier discussions/negotiations while ensuring HSE/CSR considerations,
• Support technical evaluation and global analysis of received offers,
• Draft contractual documents with the Legal Department,
• Manage the category and challenge the strategy,
• Monitor and challenge agreements and contracts,
• Resolve supplier NCs and handle claims. N/C

With higher education in the field of purchasing, you have at least 10 years of experience in the industrial sector and possess strong negotiation skills, solid knowledge of responsible and sustainable purchasing (CSR), and master legal and contractual regulations. You have operational English, both oral and written. Your mastery of office tools, particularly Excel, is indispensable, and knowledge of ERP is a plus. You are also recognized for your skills in project and process management and in win/win negotiation.

Contract: CDI Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 € per year
