Your main missions are as follows:
- Analyze internal needs in collaboration with requesting departments (production, maintenance, quality, HSE, IT, general services)
- Develop and deploy the purchasing strategy for indirect categories
- Source, select, and register suppliers
- Manage tenders, negotiate commercial, logistical, and contractual conditions
- Implement and monitor framework agreements
- Ensure supplier performance monitoring (costs, quality, lead times, service)
- Identify and manage cost reduction plans (TCO), particularly on high-volume/high-value consumables
- Secure critical supplies
- Manage supplier disputes and guarantee flow continuity
- Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures, quality, HSE, regulatory, and CSR requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and tools (ERP, BI, ...)
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) fixed salary + benefits
- Required education level: Bac+5, Master in Purchasing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect purchasing or in a similar position
- Professional English
Contract: CDI Salary: 45000 to 46000 € per year
