Buyer - Fluent English (Offshore) M/F

Management of CAPEX purchasing within the framework of regulatory technical stops of vessels, with a central role in refit, maintenance, and compliance projects.

Coordination of purchasing for technical stop campaigns:

• management of a large volume of orders (150 to 200 orders per stop)
• sourcing and procurement of technical parts (engines, pumps, oils, paints)
• purchase of services (engineers, maintenance, repair)

Close collaboration with technical teams and engineers to secure needs and guarantee equipment availability.

Simultaneous management of several types of vessels with strong operational constraints.

Order tracking and coordination of flows until delivery on site (shipyard / vessel).

International supplier management: consultations, negotiations, performance monitoring, daily exchanges in English.

Participation in the global coordination of technical stop projects, with a logic of respecting deadlines, costs, and rapid return to service of the vessels. Teleworking policy of 2 days per week.

• Proven experience in project purchasing
• Experience in the offshore / maritime / naval sector mandatory
• Rigor, coordination, multi-stakeholder management
• You master ERP / P2P tools (Oracle PO, SmartPal).
• Good mastery of supply chain & logistics processes
• Knowledge of incoterms and transport rules
• FLUENT ENGLISH MINIMUM LEVEL C1 - FLUENT

Contract: CDI Salary: 42000 to 50000 € per year
