• Drive the development of the international portfolio and improve its profitability.
• Retain strategic accounts and detect new growth drivers.
• Supervise, unite, and develop a team of 3 people.
• Support employees in their integration, technical expertise, and professional development.
• Supervise all international flows handled by the agency.
• Ensure the quality of services delivered to clients and partners.
• Analyze results and implement continuous optimization actions.
• Ensure the compliance of operations with current international regulations and standards.
• Actively participate in the agency's commercial development projects, in coordination with management.

With higher education in transport or logistics, you have significant experience in managing international activities, ideally acquired in the transport sector. You possess knowledge of customs and international regulations. Customer-oriented, you demonstrate autonomy, strategic vision, and a real sense of business. Proficiency in professional English is indispensable to succeed in this position.

Contract: CDI Salary: 45000 to 55000 € per year
