Your tasks

• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience

• Leading, motivating, and guiding the sales team in compliance with all company policies and management guidelines

• Promoting the personal development of your team members

• Responsibility for efficient daily operations in the store

• Contributing to a cooperative, supportive work environment

• Maintaining customer relationships through innovative thinking, customer books, and individual care

• Active use of all available tools and technologies to promote sales

What you bring with you

• Relevant experience in sales or retail

• Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as attention to detail

• Resilience and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, demanding environment

• Multitasking ability and a proactive way of working

• Very good English skills
