Your Mission
As a Software Support Engineer, you provide timely support to international customers and key users of our Global Trade Management (GTM) suite, analyze source code, participate in projects, and document knowledge to guarantee software operation.
- Answering technical and functional inquiries
- Timely resolution of problems (2nd Level Support)
- Analysis of source code (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL)
- Collaboration in customer and internal projects as well as support in the implementation of improvements
- Documentation of knowledge
What distinguishes you
- IT education (HTL, FH, Uni) with several years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of JAVA, SQL and relational DB
- Ideally experience in collaborating on IT projects
- Very good English skills, German is an advantage
- Service orientation and good communication skills
- Independent, structured, and flexible way of working

Remuneration
Legal remuneration notice: We offer a performance-related salary of at least € 45,740.- gross/year (full-time) - with overpayment according to experience and qualification.
